A number of Philippines medical schools are listed in the WHO World Directory of Medical Schools. Students who have completed their MBBS in Philippines from any of these listed schools are eligible to apply for any licensure exam in a country including the Medical Council of India screening exam to register the degree.

Approved by Medical Council of India (MCI) & Dental Council of India(DCI)

Especially for Indian students, almost all the universities of Philippines are listed by MCI and DCI means that after completing the studies the students will be allowed to appear in the screening exam conducted by both the councils and after securing the passing score the student can practice in India. This is compulsory for every other country as a well.

Almost all the Universities in Philippines are listed in FAIMER. Students who have completed their MBBS in Philippines from any of these listed schools are eligible to apply forfor any licensure exam in a country including the Medical Council of India screening exam to register the degree.

Commissioner of Higher Education (CHED)

The governing body covering both public and private higher education institutions as well as degree-granting programs in all tertiary educational institutions in Philippines. A number of Philippines medical Universities are listed in the CHED. Students who have completed their MBBS in Philippines from any of these listed Universities are eligible to apply for any licensure exam in a country.

ECFMG, USA

Any students graduating from a WHO listed medical academy in Philippines is entitled to appear for the USMLE (United States Medical Licensing Exam) in order to practice in USA. So accordingly any student who have completed his or her studies from Philippines University can appear in the examination.
